Characteristics
A small tree. It grows 4-10 m tall. The bark is creamy-grey and fibrous forming papery layers. The leaves are alternate and 6-10 cm long by 2-3 cm wide. They are oval and silver to dull grey-green. The flowers are creamy-green or yellow and in dense spikes. These are 4-10 cm long by 3-4 cm wide. The fruit is a woody capsule. It is cup shaped and 2-3 mm long by 2-3 mm wide.
