Shrubs, to 30 cm tall, many-branched. Branches brown, 4-sided, winged, later terete and glabrescent. Petiole 1-3 mm, slightly winged; leaf blade narrowly elliptic to linear-elliptic, 3.5-5.5 × 0.6-1.3 cm, leathery, both surfaces glabrous, base cuneate and decurrent, margin entire, apex obtuse to acuminate. Flowers unknown. Infructescences axillary, 1 or 2 per leaf axil, cymose, ca. 1 cm, 2-or 3-fruited; peduncle 2-4 mm, 4-sided, glabrous.
