Leaf-blades 0.8–3.2 cm. long, 0.1–1.1 cm. wide, acute or subacute but mucronulate at the apex, cuneate at the base, margin often narrowly revolute, glabrescent to scabridulous above, glabrous beneath or the midvein and margins ciliate; petiole obsolete or very short; stipular fimbriae up to 1.5–2 mm. long from a base 0.2–1.5 mm. long, hairy.. Pedicels obsolete or up to 3 mm. long in the fruiting stage.. Calyx puberulous to densely scabrid pubescent; tube shallow, 0.5 mm. long or less, 1–1.1 mm. wide; lobes 0.5–0.8 mm. long, 0.3 mm. wide..
