Corolla limb obscurely 2-lipped, subactinomorphic; lower lip 3-lobed; upper lip 2-lobed. Stamens 4, all fertile, didynamous, 2 anterior slightly longer than 2 posterior; anther locules basally divergent; staminode 1. Ovary many ovuled. Style filiform; stigma flat-dilated. Capsule 2-valved.
