Leaf held stiffly erect, broadly ovate, 150–200 × 50–80 mm, dark green with 7 prominent veins, on stalk 30–50 mm long. Flower stem 150–250 mm long, 2–6-flowered. Flowers opening tardily to widely, porrect to semi-nodding, 20–30 × 25–40 mm, pink, cream, brownish or greenish, tepals with purple veins, labellum pink to mauve. Dorsal sepal 20–25 × 3–3.5 mm, erect or incurved. Lateral sepals 20–25 × 3–3.5 mm, divergent. Petals 19–23 × 3–3.5 mm, spreading. Labellum 18–24 × 10–14 mm; midlobe with filigree of darker, hairy veins, wavy margins and 3 narrow, hairy ridges.
