Leaf-blades linear, 1.2–3 cm. long, 0.5–0.8 mm. wide, mucronulate, margins inrolled, shortly scabridulous-papillose-pubescent above and on the main nerve beneath; petiole obsolete; stipule-sheath 1.5–3 mm. long, produced into 5 slender setae 1–4 mm. long..
