Flowers isostylous, truly terminal and solitary, solitary in the axils or sometimes in terminal pairs or threes; pedicels 1–4 mm. long, becoming up to 1 cm. long in fruit, pubescent like the stems.
Calyx tube similarly pubescent, 1 mm. long, ovoid; lobes foliaceous, about 1 mm. long and wide, enlarging to 1.4 mm. after flowering, ovate to lanceolate, acuminate, pubescent.
Decumbent branched herb with slender ± unangled stems 15–25 cm. long, densely covered with short spreading white hairs.
Corolla densely pubescent outside; tube just over 4 mm. long, glabrous inside; lobes 2.5 x 1.5 mm., ovate.
Capsule 1.8 x 2.2 mm., depressed obovoid, densely covered with spreading white hairs.
Style 2.5 mm. long; stigmatic arms 0.6 mm. long.
Seeds black with reticulate testa.
