Inflorescence a many–flowered paniculate cyme, terminal and in axils of upper 2 (3) leaf–pairs, slightly exceeding subtending leaf; bracts 0·5–1·5 mm. long, subulate.
Corolla c. 2 mm. long, whitish or cream–coloured; lobes ovate, obtuse, shortly united at base.
Calyx c. 0·75 mm. long, cup–shaped, deeply 4–lobed, lobes triangular.
Fruit 6·8 x 5·6 mm. (when dry), oblong–ellipsoid or subglobose.
Young stems glabrous, ± terete, bark grey, fairly smooth.
Shrub or small tree 2–3 m. high.
Gynoecium c. 1·5 mm. long.
Anthers c. 1–1·5 mm. long.
Seed solitary, pendulous.
