Characteristics

Basal leaves 2–6 in a basal rosette, 1–4.5 × 0.5–1.5 cm, narrowly elliptic to ovate, acute, narrowed at the base into a pale sheathing petiole; cauline leaves 3–5, lax, 0.5–2 cm long, lanceolate, acute with recurved apices.

Lip 1–1.5 × 1.5 mm, 3-lobed; side lobes curved up either side of the column, subquadrate; mid-lobe triangular, 0.5 mm long; spur straight or curved, 0.5–1.2 mm long, subconical.
Dorsal sepal concave, 1.5–2 × 1 mm, obovate, cucullate at the obtuse apex; lateral sepals 1.5–2 × 1–1.3 mm, obliquely elliptic, rounded at the apex.
Inflorescence a laxly 8–25-flowered spike; rhachis 2–11 cm long; bracts half as long as the ovary, green to somewhat chartaceous, acute.
Petals more or less enclosed by the sepals, slightly shorter and broader than the sepals, obliquely ovate, obtuse.
Flowers small, 1.5–2 mm long, yellow with green sepals, more or less resupinate; ovary 3–7 mm long.
Column with a 0.4 mm long square rostellum; anther 0.5 mm high, erect.
