More
Rounded shrub to 11.3 m. Stem several, much-branched. Leaves crowded at branchlet ends, obovate, 50-120 x 15-30 mm, apex rounded, narrow to base, shiny, dark green, thinly leathery, hairless or hairy, esp at first, nodules scattered, domatia absent. Stalkless or shortly stalked, to 6 mm. Flowers white, calyx lobes sword-shaped & leaf-like. In round clusters, ± 6 mm diam, with leaves at the base.
Inflorescences subumbellate compact, 1.3–3 cm across (excluding corollas); one to two orders of branching often discernible; primary inflorescence branches up to 4 mm long, pedicels 2–4 mm long, glabrous to pubescent; bracts 3.5–4.5 mm long, thinly papery, triangular-acuminate, glabrous or sparsely pubescent outside.
Shrub, up to 2 m high. Leaves obovate, apex acuminate to rounded, glabrous or pubescent, subsessile, bacterial nodules both dot-shaped (scattered) and linear (along main vein). Calyx lobes foliaceous, 6-7 x 2.0-2.5 mm. Corolla tube 14 mm long. Flowers white.
A shrub. It can grow to 2 m tall. The leaves are 3-9 cm long by 1-4 cm wide. They are broadly oval. The flowers are in compact groups. They have a sweet scent. The fruit is black or greyish green and 5-7 mm across. The seed are black and 4.5 mm across.
Calyx tube 0.7–0.9 mm long, glabrous to pubescent; limb-tube 0.6–0.75 mm long, scarcely wider than tube; lobes 4.2–8 × 1–2.5 mm, narrowly elliptic or elliptic, acuminate to long acuminate, glabrous, pubescent, or ciliate.
Corolla tube 0.7–1.3 cm long, 0.8–1 mm wide at the top, glabrous outside or with a few hairs, not bearded at the throat; lobes (4)5 × (1.25)1.5–2.5 mm, ± oblong, acuminate.
Inflorescence-supporting branches 1.5–12.5 cm long, bearing 2–3 pairs of leaves clustered at the apex, usually anisophyllous and with bases obtuse to rounded.
Dwarf shrub or shrub, 0.5–2(2.5) m tall; young branches glabrous, finely puberulous or pubescent; older branches with greyish-buff bark.
Fruit black or greyish-green, 5–7 mm in diameter, shiny, the calyx limb persistent and somewhat accrescent (lobes 8–10 × 3–4).
Seed blackish, 4.5 mm wide, very finely rugulose on convex face.
Flowers sweet-smelling.
