Inflorescence terminal on leafy stems, subumbellate or laxly corymbose, 2–3 cm across (excluding corollas), sometimes with additional elements subtended by subterminal pair of leaves; primary inflorescence branches reduced or up to 0.5 cm long; pedicels 2–5 mm long, glabrous or sparsely pubescent.
Calyx tube drying blackish, 1 mm long, glabrous or sparsely pubescent; limb-tube c. 0.5 mm long; lobes drying light green, 5.5–7 mm long, 0.8–1 mm wide at base, linear-lanceolate or linear, gradually tapering, ciliate or not.
Small glabrous, single-stemmed suffrutescent shrub to c. 20 cm tall from a woody rhizome, or subshrub 0.5–1 m tall.
Corolla white; tube 1.5–1.6 cm long, sparsely pubescent inside; lobes 5.5–6 × 2 mm, elliptic, acuminate.
