Characteristics

Perenne, floriferum usque 30 cm altum, subsericeum. Caulis sparsim squarroso-ramosus; parte infima usque 10 cm longa sublignosus, usque 5 mm crassus, folia permulta proferens et reliquiis petiolorum foliorum basalium ornatus; rami herbacei erecti, subsimplices, teretes, indumento brevissimo tomentoso incani, foliis fere denudati. Foliorum inferiorum permultorum lamina fere coriacea, supra subsericea, subtus pube brevi subsericea incana, ambitu reniformis, fere semper 8-12 mm lata et 5-8 mmlonga, vix 3-lobata, secus totam marginem obtuse crenato-dentata; petioli 2-3 cm longi, 3/4 mm crassi, indumento brevissimo tomentoso incani, basi dilatati; folia superioraperpauca, deformata, sessilia, lanceolata, acute tridentata. Stipulae petiolo adnatae;partes liberae minutissimae, deltoideae, 1 mm longae. Pedunculi 2 1/2-3 mm longi,sicut calycis calcar puberuli, 3-8-flori. Bracteae lanceolatae, acutae, mucronatae, puberulae, 7-10 mm longae. Pedicelli 4-5 mm longi. Calycis calcar 1 mm crassum, 4 cm longum; sepala lineari-lanceolata, acuta, puberula, 7-8 1/2 mm longa. Petalacalyce 1 1/2-2-plo longiora, e basibus unguiculatis spathulata, pallida)?), integra. Fructus immaturus(?) 23 mm longus; valvulae et rostrum hirtella.

Inflorescences of 2-4, 11-flowered pseudo-umbels borne on terminally branched peduncles.
