Much-branched subshrub. Stems spreading and trailing, cylindrical, herbaceous, brittle. Leaves 3-partite to 3-foliolate; lamina cordiform, 10-40 mm x 12-50 mm, pubescent to hispid with pyriform-headed glandular hairs in between; stipules membranous. Pseudo-umbels 2-6-flowered. Pedicel (1-2 mm) much shorter than hypanthium (15-25 mm). Petals 5, cream; posterior two ca. 25 x 8 mm, with reddish streaks; anterior three ±15 x 4 mm.
Sprawling, aromatic shrublet, up to 750 mm tall, with brittle slender branches. Leaves almost trifoliolate, up to 40 mm diam. Flowers 3-6 per head, on a long unbranched peduncle, subsessile, ± 30 mm diam., petals 5, white to cream-yellow, with reddish stripes, hypanthium 20-30 mm long.
