Leaves 4–7, in centre of stem, stiffly spreading, narrowly ovate-lanceolate, 90–170 × 25–30 mm, dark green, 1–3 veins prominent, margins wavy. Flower stem 100–600 mm tall, 6–36-flowered. Flowers 8–10 × 6–7 mm, green. Dorsal sepal and petals overlapping to form galea. Dorsal sepal obliquely erect, ovate, 2.5–3 × 2 mm, partially hooded. Lateral sepals widely divergent, 2.5–3 × 1.4 mm, obliquely erect. Petals obliquely erect, 3–3.5 × 2 mm, blunt or notched. Labellum 4–4.5 × 7–8 mm, deeply 3-lobed; lateral lobes at c. 40° to midlobe, 4.5–5 × 0.5 mm, tapered, incurved or apex curled (no apical gland); midlobe decurved, c. 3 × 2 mm. Spur decurved, 6–8 × 1 mm, apex widest.
