Stems 3 or 4, cylindrical to angular, 400–800 × 15–20 mm, fleshy. Leaves 3–8, 400–800 × 70–140 mm, dark green, pleated. Flower stem 300–900 mm tall, 5–20-flowered. Flowers 40–70 × 42–75 mm, white with a yellow labellum. Dorsal sepal 30–35 × 7–8 mm, obliquely erect. Lateral sepals 30–35 × 8–10 mm, divergent. Petals 30–35 × 6–8 mm, widely spreading, recurved. Labellum 25–30 × 20–25 mm, with scattered long white hairs; basal margins incurved; apical margins wavy. Callus with 2 narrow, parallel, central plates ending in a series of overlapping, blunt structures.
