Characteristics

Erect shrub to 1.5 m high. Branchlets somewhat glandular-verrucose. Leaves ascending, slender-terete, straight or slightly falcate, c. 25 mm long, 1 mm wide, obtuse, smooth to slightly verrucose, channelled adaxially, silvery-lepidote all over. Umbels c. 6-flowered; pedicels  4–7 mm long. Calyx small, c. 1 mm high including the deltate lobes c. 0.5 mm long, closely lepidote. Petals elliptic, 4–5 mm long, 2–3 mm wide, dark pink to pale mauve, silvery-lepidote abaxially. Stamens: filaments pale mauve; anthers well exserted. Cocci c. 3 mm high, rounded above with a spreading subapical boss.
