Characteristics

Very close to P. sacleuxii, from which it differs chiefly in having the ♂ flowers more shortly pedicellate (pedicels up to 5 mm. long), narrower ♂ sepals relative to the length (2.5 mm. long, 1–1.5 mm. wide), ♂ disc-glands prominently tuberculate, less markedly accrescent ♀ sepals with narrower, greener median bands and more prominent white margins, and thicker less deeply divided styles.
