Leaf linear-lanceolate to ovate, acute or obtuse, cuneate below, 7.2–18 cm. long, 6–11 mm. broad, coriaceous, articulated 1–2 mm. above the pseudobulb apex.. Inflorescence shorter than the leaf, a simple or rarely branched raceme, 5.5–14.5 cm. long, pubescent, up to 20-flowered; peduncles stout, 4.5–9 cm. long, with a basal membranous sheath; bracts lanceolate to ovate-triangular, amplexicaul, 4–7 mm. long.. Flowers yellow, yellowish green or greenish white, mottled purple..
