Leaves linear, suberect, grass-like, acute, 10–22 cm. long 4–7 mm. wide.. Inflorescence erect to arcuate, racemose, 3–5-flowered, 3–7 cm. long; peduncle terete, densely pubescent, nearly covered by 2–3 scarious acute sheaths; rhachis densely pubescent, terete; bracts ± papery, lanceolate, acute or acuminate, 3–8 mm. long.. Flowers large, sepals and petals white, yellow, yellow-green or greenish; lip white with a central yellow ridge at base..
