Inflorescence shorter than the leaf, ± 10 cm. long, up to 8-flowered, peduncle bilaterally compressed, 7.5 cm. long, with a 3.3 cm. basal sheath which quickly turns black with age; bracts conduplicate, cordate, acuminate, 7 mm. long, 8 mm. broad.. Flowers waxy, scented of propolis, white with a purple margin to the lip, a pale yellow callus and a pink anther-cap.. Dorsal sepal ovate-elliptic, acuminate, 1.2 cm. long, 0.7 cm. broad; lateral sepals obliquely triangular, acuminate, 1.5 cm. long, 1 cm. broad, with a median keel 4 mm. broad on the outer surface; mentum bilobed at apex, conical, 8 mm. long..
