An epiphytic herb, 17–36 cm. high.. Pseudobulbs from a short creeping rhizome clustered, narrowly obclavate, ridged, 7.5–16.3 mm. long, 0.3–0.7 mm. broad, clothed in 4–6 basal sheaths.. Leaf ligulate, obtuse, subcordate at the base, 11.5–23.4 cm. long, 1.6–3.2 cm. broad, coriaceous, articulated 1–2 mm. above the apex of the pseudobulb.. Inflorescence longer than the leaf, paniculate, 11–28 cm. long, up to 40-flowered; peduncle stout, 7.5–20 cm. long; basal sheath membranaceous, to 3.5 cm. long; bracts ovate-triangular, acuminate, amplexicaul, 2.5–4 mm. long.. Flowers yellow-green; lip white with some basal red spotting.. Dorsal sepal ovate-elliptic, acute to acuminate, 6–7.3 mm. long, 2–3 mm. broad; lateral sepals spreading, triangular-lanceolate, subfalcate, 7–8.5 mm. long, 4.5–5.2 mm. broad; mentum conical, 6–8 mm. long.. Petals linear to obovate-spathulate, subacute, 5–5.7 mm. long, 1–1.8 mm. broad.. Lip strongly recurved, distinctly 3-lobed, 7–8 mm. long, 5–5.6 mm. broad; side lobes erect, triangular to ovate, shorter than mid-lobe; mid-lobe subquadrate-oblong, sparsely pubescent, apiculate, 3.5–4 mm. long, 2.2–2.9 mm. broad; callus a fleshy ridge between the side lobes..
