Leaves suberect, oblanceolate, ligulate or linear-lanceolate, acute or rounded at apex, 13–33 cm. long, 1.2–3 cm. wide, veins prominent on underside.. Inflorescence much longer than the leaves, paniculate, 18–45 cm. long; peduncle and rhachis more or less covered with scarious sheathing bracts; branches secund, to 3.5 cm. long, many-flowered; bracts lanceolate, recurved, acuminate, 4.5 mm. long.. Flowers brownish green more or less marked with purple, lip pale greenish yellow.. Dorsal sepal oblong-ovate, acute, 4–5 mm. long, 1.8–2.4 mm. wide; lateral sepals oblong-ovate, acuminate, 5.5–8 mm. long, 5.3–7.5 mm. wide, forming with the column-foot a cylindrical-conical mentum 5–7.5 mm. high.. Petals linear to oblanceolate, acute, 3.5–4.5 mm. long, 0.5–0.75 mm. wide.. Lip clawed, 3-lobed at apex, 5.4–7 mm. long, 4.3–5 mm. wide; side lobes erect, pointing forwards, oblong, rounded at apex, ± longer than the mid-lobe; mid-lobe broadly oblong, apiculate, margins undulate-crenulate, 1.3–1.4 mm. long, 2.2–2.6 mm. wide, with a central longitudinal crenate ridge; callus fleshy, 3.5–4 mm. long, dilated and rounded at apex..
