Pseudobulbs from a short creeping rhizome, loosely clustered, narrowly cylindric, 1.5–15.4 cm. long, 2.1–2.5 mm. in diameter, clothed in 2–3 membranous basal sheaths.. Leaf elliptic to ovate, obtuse, auriculate at the base, coriaceous, 3–13 cm. long, 1–3.3 cm. broad, articulated 2 mm. above the apex of the pseudobulb.. Inflorescence longer than the leaf, a 2–8 branched panicle, 6–17.5 cm. long, up to 60-flowered; peduncle slender to stout, up to 7.5 cm. long, ± sparsely pubescent, basal sheath membranous; bracts triangular-ovate, apiculate, amplexicaul, 1–2.5 mm. long.. Flowers yellow or greenish yellow, spotted with magenta.. Dorsal sepal oblong-lanceolate, apiculate, 4–5.4 mm. long, 2–2.5 mm. broad concave; lateral sepals obliquely triangular, 4–7.3 mm. long, 3.5–6 mm. broad; mentum ovoid, to 6 mm. high.. Petals linear to spathulate, obtuse, 3.5–6 mm. long, 1.2–1.5 mm. broad.. Lip very fleshy, sessile, distinctly 3-lobed, 4.4–7 mm. long, 2–6.5 mm. broad; side lobes erect, rounded below, triangular and acute above, fleshy; mid-lobe fleshy, linear, truncate, shortly apiculate behind, 2–2.8 mm. long, 0.9–1.5 mm. broad..
