Leaves ligulate, recurved, conduplicate when young, developing after flowers, 3.5 cm. long, 5 mm. wide, obtuse, articulated 3 mm. above apex of pseudobulb.. Inflorescence erect, to 4.5 cm. high, 2–3-flowered; peduncle terete, wiry, 1.7 cm. long, glabrous; bracts broadly ovate, apiculate, 2 mm. long and wide.. Flowers 14 mm. across, erect, yellow; pedicel and ovary slender, erect, glabrous, 9 mm. long.. Dorsal sepal oblong-ovate, 6.4 mm. long, 3.4 mm. wide, acute; lateral sepals broadly obliquely triangular, shortly apiculate, 8 mm. long, 6 mm. wide.. Petals obovate-oblong, 6 mm. long, 2.8 mm. wide, obtuse.. Lip shortly clawed, 3-lobed in the middle, 7–9.5 mm. long, 6–7 mm. wide, papillose-hairy in basal two-thirds, with a small longitudinal fleshy callus between the side lobes; side lobes obliquely oblong, 3 mm. long, 2.5 mm. wide; mid-lobe spreading, rotund to oblong, 4.5 mm. long and wide, margin hyaline, centre fleshy, rugulose, very shortly apiculate behind..
