A suberect or pendent plant to 20 cm. long.. Stems clustered at base, branched above or superposed, terete, flexuose, slender, 1.6–11 cm. long, 1–1.2 mm. diameter, 2–4-leaved in apical half.. Leaves linear, soft in texture, light green, minutely roundly bilobed at apex, 1.5–5 cm. long, 1.5–3 mm. wide.. Inflorescence 0.8–2 cm. long, 1–4-flowered; bracts ovate-lanceolate, long-acuminate, 2.5–3 cm. long.. Flowers fairly showy, pale pink and white with a crimson column, diurnally scented.. Dorsal sepal ovate-elliptic, acuminate to apiculate, 6.2 mm. long, 3.3 mm. wide; lateral sepals obliquely ovate, acuminate or apiculate, 10.6 mm. long on longest margin, 5.7–6 mm. wide, forming with the column-foot a cylindrical-conical mentum to 5.7 mm. high.. Petals elliptic, shortly clawed, obtuse or rounded at the apex, 4.25 mm. long, 2 mm. wide.. Lip with a long claw, 3-lobed in the middle, 7.5–8.2 mm. long, 4.5–5.4 mm. wide; side lobes auriculate, subacute, 0.5 cm. long; mid-lobe suborbicular, margins erose, apiculate, 3.4 mm. long, 4.4 mm. wide; callus between side lobes fleshy, porrect, 2–3-toothed at front..
