Characteristics

Plants 150–400 mm tall. Free part of leaf to 120 × 5–7 mm. Spike 50–100 mm long, slender, 10–20-flowered. Ovary sessile, green, shiny. Flowers opening very widely, well spaced to moderately crowded, strongly scented, 10–14 × 7–9 mm, yellowish green or brownish, labellum pale green or pinkish, callus yellowish green. Dorsal sepal 7–9 × 3 mm, decurved. Lateral sepals fused or free, 7–9 × 1.5–2 mm, erect and recurved, parallel. Petals upswept, 7–9 × 1–1.2  mm. Labellum shortly stalked, ovate, 6–8 × 3.5–4 mm, recurved near middle, base broad then tapered to long tail-like apex, margins entire. Callus broad at base, wrinkled, thin-textured, flattish, extending nearly to labellum apex.
