Characteristics

Plants 200–300 mm tall. Free part of leaf to 150 × 3–7 mm. Spike 60–120 mm long, 10–25-flowered. Ovary shortly stalked, green. Flowers well-spaced to moderately crowded, lightly scented, 12–14 × 5–7 mm, greenish to reddish brown, labellum cream to greenish, callus green. Dorsal sepal 7–8 × 3–3.5 mm, decurved or recurved. Lateral sepals free, 7–8.5 × 2–2.5 mm, nearly parallel. Petals linear to obovate, 6–7 × 1.6 mm, upswept, blunt. Labellum shortly stalked, broadly ovate, 5–6 × 4.5–5 mm, sharply recurved near middle, green to brownish, sharply tapered from near middle to apex, margins lightly crinkled. Callus broad, fleshy, shiny, with short apical tail, extending nearly to labellum apex.
