Characteristics

Plants 150–40  tall. Free part of leaf to 100 x 4–5mm. Spike 80–25  long, base broadest, tapered to apex, 25–70-flowered. Ovary sessile, green, shiny, projecting at wide angle. Flowers crowded, 5–6 x 4mm, pale green with reddish or purplish markings, labellum green with reddish or purplish margins, callus light green. Dorsal sepal 3.5–4 x 2mm, decurved. Lateral sepals basally fused, incurved, erect behind labellum, each sepal 3.5–4 x 1.2–1.4mm, with short terete free tips. Petals 3 x 1.2mm, porrect. Labellum stalked, elliptical to obovate, sharply recurved near middle, 5–5.5 x 3.5–4mm, margins reddish, crinkled. Callus extending nearly to labellum apex where it is narrow.
