 tall. Free part of leaf to 200 x 5–9mm. Spike 100–30
 long, 20–45-flowered. Ovary sessile, bright green. Flowers moderately crowded, scented, 16–22 x 14–17mm, green to yellowish-green, labellum white, callus green to yellowish. Dorsal sepal 10–13 x 4–4.5mm, incurved to decurved. Lateral sepals basally fused, tips free, each sepal 12–15 x 2.5mm. Petals 9–11 x 2mm, porrect to spreading. Labellum shortly stalked, ovate-lanceolate, 8–10 x 5–5.5mm, tapered, sharply recurved near middle, margins entire to slightly wavy. Callus raised, fleshy, shiny, channelled, base broad then constricted, extending past labellum bend.

Localised growing among shrubs and tussocks on slopes and gullies in open forest dominated by sugar gum in freely draining gravelly loam; also recorded growing in tussocks of porcupine grass.
