Characteristics

Plants 450–80  tall. Free part of leaf to 140 x 4–6mm. Spike 50–12  long, 15–40-flowered. Ovary sessile. Flowers crowded, unscented, 10–15 x 10–15mm, greenish-brown, petals white with a purplish band, labellum white, callus green. Dorsal sepal 6–6.5 x 3–3.5mm, incurved close to column. Lateral sepals fused, obliquely erect, each sepal 6.5–7 x 1.5–1.8mm, base humped. Petals 7–8 x 2mm, widely spreading, margins entire, apex blunt. Labellum sessile, oblong, 8–9 x 4–4.5mm, sharply recurved near middle, distal margins strongly folded and wavy/crinkled. Callus raised, grooved, ending beyond bend, apex notched.
