Characteristics

Plants 300–450 mm tall. Free part of leaf to 300 × 3–6 mm. Spike 80–150 mm long, 12–35-flowered. Ovary shortly stalked, green. Flowers moderately crowded, lightly scented, 10–12 × 7–9 mm, greenish brown to brownish, labellum cream, pinkish or brown, callus green or pink. Dorsal sepal 7–9 × 3–4 mm, with 3 darker lines, decurved. Lateral sepals free, 7.5–9 × 2.3–2.8 mm, widely divergent, tips strongly bidentate. Petals 6.5–7.5 × 2 mm, porrect to spreading, blunt to pointed. Labellum shortly stalked, broadly ovate, 6.5–7.5 × 4.5–5.5 mm, obliquely erect, recurved and contracted just above middle, margins strongly wavy/crinkled. Callus raised, grooved, extending nearly to labellum apex, with short tail-like apex.
