Leaf-blades drying ± dark brown, ± round to rounded-oblong or somewhat obovate, 2–7.5 cm. long, 2–7 cm. wide, rounded to shortly acuminate at the apex, ± round to truncate at the base, entire or with obscure to ± distinct teeth towards the apex, slightly discolorous, densely softly hairy above with whitish long and short hairs with incrassated glandular bases, the surface appearing granular, also hairy on the main nerves beneath but areas between ± glabrous; petiole 0.5–2 cm. long.. Inflorescences ± 3.5 cm. long, ± 6 cm. wide, overtopped by upper leaves; peduncle and secondary branches 1–1.5 cm. long; pedicels 0.5 mm. long; all axes spreading white pubescent; bracts linear, 7 mm. long; secondary bracts and bracteoles filiform, 0.5–2 mm. long.. Calyx adpressed white pubescent; tube 2–2.5 mm. long; lobes ovate-triangular, 0.5 mm. long.. Corolla white; tube cylindrical, 3–4 mm. long, sparsely hairy above and throat pubescent; 3 short lobes ovate, 1.2 mm. long, 1.5 mm. wide and 1 longer lobe 2 mm. long, 1.5 mm. wide; stamens exserted.. Style 4.5 mm. long.. Fruit 6 mm. in diameter in calycine cup 7 mm. in diameter.
