A late season, red skin, yellow-flesh Japanese plum. Origin: Wasco, Calif., by Bruce D. Mowrey, David W. Cain, and Terry A. Bacon. 90P-072 =(Queen Ann × Simka) × unknown plum selection; cross made in 1993. USPP 14,881; issued 8 Jun. 2004; assigned to Sun World International, Inc. Tree: medium size; vigorous; upright-spreading; productive; somewhat self-fertile; anthers yellow-orange; blooms 2 to 5 Mar. in Wasco; chilling requirement 750 h. Fruit: large, 60-65 mm diameter, 130 g; round with slight apex; skin red, medium thickness, mildly tart to neutral; flesh yellow-orange; firm; sweet with low acid, 19% SS; clingstone; ripe 8 to 30 Oct., 18 d after October Sun.
