Cultivation

A very early-season, attractive, white-fleshed nectarine. Origin: Sainte-Vite, France, by Jean L. Escande. 1S2/4 × Snowqueen. Introd. in 1997. USPP 9643. Tree: flowers pink, medium large, showy. Leaf glands reniform. Upright to upright spreading, vigorous, productive. Susceptible to bacterial spot. Fruit: globose to obovate, medium. Covered with a 90% bright red blush. Flesh; melting, firm, white, medium fine, clingstone, good aromatic flavor. Ripening 4 weeks before Redhaven and a week before Arctic Glo.
