Tree: average size and vigor; productive; leaf glands reniform; good bud hardiness; tolerant to bacterial spot (Xanthomonas pruni), moderately resistant to brown rot (Monolinia fructicola). Recommended for mid-Atlantic and northeastern states. Fruit: large, round; 80% to 90% bright red blush; short and sparce pubescence; yellow fleshed; redness at pit; freestone; moderately firm; ripens 5 days after Redskin. Flower: nonshowy and self-fertile.
