Tree: medium vigor; high productivity, requires heavy thinning; flowers large, showy; leaf glands reniform. Fruit: size medium; ovate; skin blushed and mottled bright red over light yellow ground, tender, peels easily, attractive; flesh deep yellow, red at pit, melting, soft, very good quality for its season, semiclingstone; ripens early, with Arp and 1 mo. before Elberta; difficult to pick because of strong attachment and softening at maturity.
