Tree: upright; vigorous; medium size; dense; productive; flowers showy, very large, self-fertile, moderately purplish-pink; leaf glands small, usually alternate, globose. Fruit: globose; mostly uniform; medium size; dark-red mottled over strong reddish orange background with some pale greenish-yellow streaking near the shoulders and moderate light orange-yellow freckling toward the apex; flesh medium-firm, melting; flavor sub-acid to slightly acidic, mild, sweet; ripens 22 May in Le Grand, 21 d before June Pearl and 10 d before Early Pearl.
