Tree: spreading; vigorous; medium size; dense; productive; flowers showy, large, self-fertile, light purplish-pink; leaf glands small, opposite, globose. Fruit: globose; uniform; medium size; dark red smoothly blending into a deep reddish-orange background with slight brilliant orange-yellow freckling toward the apex; flesh firm, crisp, melting; flavor mildly sub-acidic and sweet; ripens 28 May in Le Grand.
