Zeballos, J. Soria, and J. Pisano. Parentage involves Pavia Manteca, Pavia Moscatel, EarliGrande, and Flordaking; introd. 2008; PVR applied for. Tree: medium; moderate vigor; open, medium-dense; very productive; flowers non-showy; chilling requirement 600 h; leaf glands round; low susceptibility to bacterial spot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. pruni). Fruit: medium-large; round-hearted, some tip; 50 % red blush; flesh white, red fibers close to stone, firm; good aroma, very good flavor; ripens 28 Jan.-3 Feb., 43 d after Flavorcrest.
