Fruit: large, uniform; 75-90% red blush; flesh yellow, very firm, dense, crunchy, melting, clingstone, juicy at harvest maturity; semi-sweet; very aromatic; ripens 25 Aug. to 12 Sept. in Pyrenees-Orientales Dept., France.
