Yellow, late-season peach. Origin: in Sangor, Calif., by Michael Gerawan. Introduced in 1996. A natural seedling. USPP 10085 issued on 28 Oct. 1999. Tree: variable in size; vigorous; upright to upright spreading; productive. Leaf glands reniform; alternate. Flowers medium to small; nonshowy; light pink. Fruit: large; uniform; skin color is uneven with a striped to dappled dark red to lighter orange red blush over 30% off the surface; flesh: very firm, fine, variable light yellow, good; semi-clingstone. Ripens 2-19 Sept. in Sangor, Calif., with the variety Carnival.
