USPP 12,046 issued 4 Aug. 2001. Tree: upright; vigorous; large; medium-dense; productive; flowers large, showy, pink to light pink, self-fertile; leaf glands reniform, small to medium, alternate. Fruit: nearly globose; medium-large; deep red with small areas of medium-yellow to chrome-yellow ground color; flesh firm;, mild sweet and excellent flavor; ripens 25 June and 12 d after Sweet Gem.
