Capitula 5–7 mm long, on long (5–7 cm) leafless stalks near branch ends, several forming a lax leafy panicle or corymb; phyllaries lanceolate to linear, 1.5–5 mm long, acute, sparsely hairy; receptacle almost smooth.. Ray florets yellow, the ray 5–8 mm long, sparsely glandular beneath; tube florets darker yellow, tube cylindric, 2.8–3.2 mm long, lobes 0.2–0.4 mm long, anthers 1.4–1.5 mm long, style 3–4 mm long..
