Dr. Guyot × Bella di Giugno; crossed 1980; selected 1989; tested as 80-18-69; released 2000. EU PVR 17,843; 6 June 2006. Tree: vigor intermediate-high; growth habit upright; yield medium-high; bloom intermediate-late; cropping early, mainly on spurs; good grafting compatibility on quince; pollinizers Bartlett, Conference, Coscia. Fruit: large, 190 g; oblong-pyriform, similar to Bosc; yellow-green with 20-30% red blush; flesh medium-fine, melting, juicy, aromatic; no black core; resistant to handling; ripens late July, 15-20 d before Bartlett; keeps well in cold storage for early cultivar.
