Inflorescences 2-flowered; peduncle 3–11 mm. long; pedicels 3–7 mm. long; bracts small, 0.5–1.5 mm. long, not opposite.. Buds subobtuse or minutely apiculate, glabrous.. Calyx-tube campanulate, 1.5–2 mm. long, the limb narrow, hyaline, ± 0.2 mm. tall, minutely denticulate.. Corolla cream; tube 1.8 mm. long, with ring of matted hairs at top inside; lobes oblong, 2.2 mm. long, 1 mm. wide, acute but not appendaged.. Anthers ± 1 mm. long, the connective with a small muricate appendage.. Ovary 2-locular; style 3.2 mm. long, slightly swollen at the base, the stigmatic club truncate-obconic, 0.8 mm. long, sulcate..
