Tree: vigorous, 3 m tall; upright; dense shrub; slightly spreading; foliage dark purple, laciniate; mature leaflets with ~5 lobes; flowers whitish-pink. Fruit: umbel diameter 20 cm; drupes dark purple-black; diameter 7 mm; edible but not noteworthy; ripens 15 Aug. to 30 Sept.
