Plants 50-250 mm tall; leaves 10-30, lower 6-20 basal, semi-erect, linear to oblanceolate, acute, 20-50 x 2-8 mm, usually all the same length; cauline leaves scattered, lanceolate, grading into the bracts. Inflorescences dense to subcapitate, 20-40 mm long and 5-20 (-30)-flowered; bracts at least as long as the 5 mm long ovaries. Flowers 5 mm in diameter, sepals and petals white, lip yellow. Sepals subequal; median galeate, elliptic, acute, 5-7 mm long; laterals suboblique, lanceolate to narrowly ovate, acute, 6-9 mm long. Petals suboblique, narrowly ovate-rhomboid to lanceolate-rhomboid, acute, 2.5-4.5 mm long. Lip 4-8 x 3-4 mm, calli rudimentary or absent; midlobe 2 mm long, acute; side lobes 1 mm long, acute; spur subcylindrical to subcalvate, 3-4 mm long.
