Schoenorchis micrantha Reinw. ex Blume

Plants form small, tangled clumps with numerous thin roots. Stems curved and twisted, 30–150 mm long, thin, branching freely. Leaves numerous, linear, 3–6 × 0.25 mm, usually curved, thick, fleshy, deeply grooved, green or purplish. Racemes 10–30 mm long, stiffly decurved, 5–30-flowered. Flowers tubular to bell-shaped, c. 2 × 1.5 mm, white, densely crowded. Dorsal sepal c. 2 × 1 mm. Lateral sepals flanking labellum, c. 2 × 1 mm. Petals c. 1.8 × 1.7 mm. Labellum c. 2.5 × 1.5 mm, with short inflated spur; lateral lobes short, rounded to triangular, erect; midlobe short.

Locally common; found growing in tangled clumps on mangroves and rainforest trees in brightly lit, humid situations.
