Succulent perennial, with prostrate stems, 2-3 mm diam. Leaves persistent, mostly scattered, secund, ellipsoid, mostly 10-20 x 3-5 mm, glabrous with dorsal window, minutely woolly in axils. Flowerheads solitary on terminal, sparsely. bracteate peduncles up to 100 mm long, radiate, yellow, fragrant; involucre cylindrical, 7-10 mm diam., bracts 8-10(-15), 12-17 x 2-3 mm, bracteoles ± 3, subulate.
