Characteristics

A sprawling shrub 0.1 m tall, up to 3 m across. Main stem 5 mm in diameter. Leaves pointing vertically from a horizontal stem, 50-150 mm long, 40 mm wide, hai less, dissected, with 13-43 blunt tips; stalk 40-60 mm long. Flowerhead globose, 40-80 mm long, 35-40 mm across, comprising 8-15 headlets of 5-12 flowers each with a sweet scent; flowerhead stalk 20-50 mm long. Involucral bracts absent. Perianth cream, with dense, long hairs. Style straight, 8-10 mm long. Pollen presenter 3 mm long, linear to thread-like.
